How do I book an airport pickup? plus minus

You can book an airport pickup on my website by providing your flight details and pickup location. Once you put in all the details and book the ride, I will be there in no time.

Are your taxis cleaned regularly? plus minus

Yes, I personally clean and sanitise my taxi daily to ensure the safety and comfort of my passengers.

What areas do you provide services to? plus minus

I provide taxi services throughout Melbourne, including trips to and from the airport, inner suburbs, CBD, tourist destinations, restaurants and bars, hospitals and medical appointments, shopping centres, and train stations.

Do you charge any booking fees or cancellation fees? plus minus

No, I do not charge any booking fees or cancellation fees. However, if you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you may be charged a cancellation fee at the discretion of the driver.

How is the fare calculated? plus minus

Our standard taxi meter calculates the fare based on the distance travelled and the time taken to reach your destination. Please note that I charge different rates for day, evening, and peak hours, as well as for trips to and from the airport.

Yes, I provide tax invoice receipts after you have made the payment for your taxi fare. You can use these receipts for reimbursement or other purposes.
